2 days are not enough...

I am thoroughly convinced after today that two days are not enough for weekends. I love my job, don't get me wrong, but I am never ready to go back on Monday. I have never accomplished everything I hope to.

Now... it is only Saturday night, so I should be grateful for the one day left in the weekend. Sundays, however, seem to get eaten up before they are even here. We'll start our morning getting ready for church. Church happens, followed by lunch, and before you know it, it's almost 2pm. Then we'll get home, get a call from the in-laws and our afternoon/early evening will be shot. Sunday night we'll get some laundry put away, get lunch ready for the next day, put Sadie to bed, and then try to find a little piece of hubby/wife time before our tired heads hit the pillows.

If Obama picks me as VP, I'll work on passing the 3-day weekend bill... just you wait.
